Maybe almost every blogger take the opportunity to published a last christmassy post on christmas’ eve’s eve (or in my instance on christmas’ eve morning). So I do so either. But I don’t only want to share the recipe for these gluten free Linzer cookies. I also want to share with you some of my thoughts which I always have on my mind when a year comes to its end. When I review, it feels like this year was just crazy and even kind of weird sometimes. On personal and professional level I made huge steps, gained many new experiences, made new contacts, accepted and overcame new challenges. Furthermore I learned so much about myself as a woman and a mother. Of course it meant it wasn’t always easy, but all in all, I can say it was a good year for me.
I don’t know exactly why, but it seems to me that we appriciate periods of free time more since we have a little daughter. And I think “how time flies quickly…” is one of the most thought, spoken and heard sentence in my current life. And while my husband and I don’t know whether some events happened in 2014 or 2015, because one or two years mean almost nothing to us, there are so many developments for my daughter in the last 2 years. We view some of her photos just this morning and we had to laugh about her lovely cute babyface and also some funny scences but we also had to sigh. Indeed time flies quickly, too quickly. Hubby became one year older again only a few weeks ago and I just realize it’s the very firts birthday of my blog today. Can you believe it’s exactly one year ago when I published my first post?
This will be my first post. I must confess i am a little bit nervous. Why? Because I decided to blog in english and yes: english is a foreign language for me. So why do I blog in english? It’s just because that I can reach more people (my cousins who live in Australia for example :-)). I hope you will enjoy my blog, my recipes and the way i write.
